DEI & Anti-Racism

Ben and his team at Chaotic Good Impact are your partner in building a workplace that champions diversity, treats team members equitably, creates inclusive spaces for employees and users from marginalized communities, and is rooted in the mission of anti-racism.

The Fight for a More Equitable World Starts with You.

To be a BIPOC person in America is to inevitably face discrimination, racism, and oppression.

Your job as an employer is to do everything in your power to mitigate that for your team.

Because we know that racial diversity is good for business.

We know that it is imperative for innovation.

And we know that it’s the right thing to do.

But in order for those BIPOC workers to be able to be of full benefit to your organization you need to ensure that they have the stability, resources, and support to bring their fullest and best self to work every day.

Until you do, you will never have a truly anti-racist workplace.

We're here to be your partner in that work.

With extensive experience working with a wide-range organizations in both the non-profit and corporate space our team is equipped with the tools to make positive changes for your team.

We are judgement-free, mission-driven, and results-orientated.

We look forward to working with you.

In the past year the United States has engaged in an unprecedented national movement for anti-racism. We’ve marched in the streets, we’ve signed petitions, and we’ve had tough conversations.

But the fight for racial equality in the United States isn’t new—it’s more than 400 years in the making. And a reckoning with racism involves far more than simply ending police violence.

Racism is ingrained in every aspect of our society—including at work.

In this ten part course we go beyond the buzzwords of diversity, equity, and inclusion to explore what those words really mean in the context of your workplace. You will leave with the tools needed to combat racism and ethnic discrimination and to build a workplaces that gives all employees the opportunity to thrive.

Anti-racism is possible and together we will explore the power you have to make it a reality in your workplace.
